Leaders are often pictured on stage as they inspire an audience or in front of a crowd as they march in protest. It's easy to think that leaders are those who are followed, and while this is often true, the most effective and cherished leaders are actually servants to their cause and to the people they represent. Using current, historical, and personal examples, author Diana López will discuss how true leaders are people who follow the voices of their communities, their consciences, and their hearts.
